Refund Policy

• Non-Tangible Services: Refunds cannot be provided for non-tangible services.
• Project Termination: In cases of mutual project termination, the Client retains control over work done until that date, and any payment for further development will be refunded.
• Special Occasion and Consulting Services: These are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

• Processing Time: A minimum of 2 weeks is required for processing cancellation requests.
• Service Level Agreement: Project cancellation adheres to the service level agreement established at the project's outset.
• Beta Deliveries: Projects released for beta delivery cannot be cancelled.
• Payment: In mutually decided cancellations, the Client is responsible for payment up to the date of cancellation for efforts invested in the project. Source code or other materials will not be delivered if payment is not settled.
• Employee Interaction: Upon cancellation of the agreement, the Client is prohibited from establishing any form of direct or indirect personal or official contact with Pixelon Digital Solutions current or former employees.

Delivery Policy

Pixelon Digital Solutions provides electronic deliverables, including design files, software code, and compiled applications, which are delivered to the Client electronically. The Client is responsible for saving a copy of the delivered files. Redelivery is available within 30 days from the delivery date. After this period, Pixelon Digital Solutions is not responsible for the re-delivery or storage of the files.

Employee Interaction and Compensation Policy

• Engagement: Engaging in direct or indirect personal interaction with current or former employees or agents of the other party, along with offering financial incentives or rewards, is strictly prohibited.
• Breaches: Breaches of this policy will result in immediate legal action.
• Client Contact: Both parties agree not to initiate contact with each other's clients or use their information for any purpose without prior written consent.

Duration of Agreement

This policy will remain effective as long as the business relationship between the Parties continues. In the event of termination, the terms of this policy will remain valid for five (5) years after termination.

Return of Information

At the request of the Disclosing Party or upon termination of the business relationship, the Receiving Party shall promptly return or destroy all confidential information and any duplicates thereof within its possession or control.
